Founder/Director & Strategic/CRM Consultant

Matt Cowlrick has been a full-time voice actor for over a decade. He records every day from his personal Source-Connect and ISDN studio, mostly in the genres of commercial, corporate and animation/character.

He works in multiple accents and vocal ranges, with some of the biggest brands in the world. Currently he is the commercial campaign voice of TD Bank in Canada, BabyBel cheese in North America, Trex Decks in the UK and VistaPrint in Australia. He has performed promo work for AMC and Paramount+. Some of his animation and video game credits are Pirate Express (TELETOON), My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Chuck's Choice, World of Warcraft and Littlest Pet Shop and Loki and additional characters in Marvel Super Hero Adventures.


Finance Manager & Zoho Bookkeeping Consultant

Rizwan started his role as the company accountant for Matt Cowlrick's voiceover business and in that time developed a deep knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable and general finance administration for the solo voiceover actor. In his role at Timber Creative, he is now utilizing that expertise to support other voice talent with integrated financial systems and bookkeeping services.

Jonathan has been working as an engineer professionally since 2019 and has worked with top tier talent in the voiceover industry. This has given him a unique insight into the business practices needed to run a successful VO career and the digital know-how to marry those practices with the necessary tech to get the job done. All of that combined with a plethora of creative industry experience, Jonathan does everything he can to take your onboarding experience to the next level.
